October 26, 7 p.m., sales representatives from the largest publisher in America, Penguin Random House, will be coming to the Raven to meet our community and chat about the best books of the season—from their favorite fall releases to the hot books to keep an eye on for the holiday season, they're giving our customers in the inside scoop. These industry experts get to read outstanding titles months before their release dates, and they're not simply bringing the books that they know will sell well. They're traveling to Lawrence to tell you about the books close to their hearts, ones that they'll be keeping on their shelves for years to come!

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the publishing industry and the importance of pre-ordering books; how the Raven decides what titles will be on our shelves; and to make sure you're not empty-handed this holiday shopping season!
